About me <\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Yoga has been with me for over 20 years\u2014for me, it\u2019s not just a workout, it\u2019s a way of life. My journey began during my anthropology studies, but it was my travels to India that truly changed everything. For years, I kept returning there to learn directly from the source.<\/p>

I lived in ashrams, explored Buddhist philosophy in Dharamsala near the Dalai Lama, and studied different traditions in Rishikesh and Mysore. A defining moment was discovering Ashtanga Yoga and meeting my teacher, Rolf Naujokat. Through this practice, I realized that combining movement, breath, and mindfulness is the simplest path to self-discovery.<\/p>

After years in Asia, I settled in Zakopane. Here, close to the Tatra mountains, I weave Eastern philosophy into everyday life. I\u2019m still a student myself\u2014lately, I\u2019ve been focusing on mindfulness and yoga for kids.<\/p>

In my classes, I encourage you to experiment. I believe Ashtanga is for everyone, regardless of age or fitness level.
